General Information

In the midst of global crises and geopolitical challenges, Europe is charting its course towards a digital, sustainable future. SUSTAINET raises to those challenges, working with a consortium that spans over 85 partners from more than 8 countries and has experience in various fields such as transport networks, network virtualisation, cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, industrial applications, road transport and smart city applications. SUSTAINET-Advance is a subproject of SUSTAINET that focuses on the topics mentioned below.

Project Goal

SUSTAINET-Advance strives to create end-to-end networks architectures that are resilient, energy-efficient, sustainable, scaleable, high performant and secure. In order to do so, it uses LLM/GenAI-based approaches as well as extensive metric analysis, techno-economic evaluation and resilience- and security algorithms to determine the best cause of action in case of various scenarios such as energy shortages, cyber-attacks or disasters.

Infosim® – Our Focus

Our role as a partner with extensive experience in network monitoring is to find new ways to harness the power of metric analysis in order to better understand the impact various scenarios can have on network performance and prepare a scalable solution for managing and adapting networks to a range of situations. A methodological key topic is the application of LLM/GenAI-based approaches wherever possible spanning the entire range of network management, from GenAI-supported discovery and monitoring to reporting and analysis.
