In early 2020, a long-time Infosim^® partner, a global retail chain based in Germany, faced unstable Wi-Fi connectivity issues across its rapidly growing infrastructure. This problem threatened critical services from office administration to logistics automation and network-connected retail branches. The StableNet^® Wi-Fi Portal allows remote troubleshooting of wireless network connectivity issues through strategically distributed StableNet^® Embedded Agents (SNEAs). The SNEAs, equipped with cellular connections for failover, are easily onboarded and configured to communicate data to the Customer Cloud at regular intervals.
