Both these levels include access to the Technical Support Department, delivery of patch releases, and updates for products if a valid support contract is in place. It also includes rights to upgrade to new product releases. Enhanced or Premium Support elevates access to the Infosim® Support Team to 24/7 with dedicated contact points.
