April 2016, knapp drei Monate nach Baubeginn, das Richtfest des gro\u00dfen B\u00fcroneubaus im Technologiepark M\u00fcnster, der von der Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung M\u00fcnster GmbH vermarktet wird.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.16″ text_line_height_tablet=““ text_line_height_phone=““ text_line_height_last_edited=“on|phone“ global_colors_info=“{}“]Der milde Winter beg\u00fcnstigte den z\u00fcgigen Baufortschritt des futuristischen Geb\u00e4udes. Als gleichseitiges Dreieck durch das Architektenb\u00fcro Heyen, Lippross, Kiefer aus M\u00fcnster konzipiert, sorgt die Firma Goldbeck f\u00fcr die Umsetzung des Bauvorhabens.<\/p>\n

Das neue B\u00fcrogeb\u00e4ude, gegen\u00fcber des Leonardo Campus, wird nach seiner geplanten Fertigstellung im September diesen Jahres nicht nur die beiden IT Unternehmen connectiv! und anaptis, sondern auch die M\u00fcnsteraner Niederlassung des Siemens-Konzerns beherbergen.<\/p>\n

Stolz pr\u00e4sentierten die Br\u00fcder Thyen am vergangenen Mittwoch den Fortschritt des Neubaus. Thomas Thyen betonte seine Zuversicht mit diesem Projekt den entscheidenden Schritt in die Zukunft beider Unternehmen gegangen zu sein. Als G\u00e4ste waren neben Handwerkern der Firma Goldbeck und Mitarbeitern von connectiv! aus Lingen und M\u00fcnster und dem anaptis-Team, auch Vertreter der Siemens Niederlassung M\u00fcnster sowie der IHK Nord Westfalen und der Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung M\u00fcnster geladen. Auch viele interessierte Projektbeteiligte und die Familie der Unternehmer waren anwesend.[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=“4.16″ global_colors_info=“{}“]W\u00e4hrend der kurzen Ansprache bedankte sich Thomas Thyen bei allen Helfern und Unterst\u00fctzern, dem Architekten B\u00fcro Heyen, Lippross, Kiefer, der Firma Goldbeck, den Handwerkern sowie auch bei der Wirtschaftsf\u00f6rderung M\u00fcnster. Der Goldbeck-Projektleiter Oliver B\u00fcscher-Brach, leitete danach mit einem lustigen Richtspruch in den gem\u00fctlichen Teil der Veranstaltung ein. Im Anschluss konnten die G\u00e4ste w\u00e4hrend eines Rundgangs bereits einen ersten Eindruck von dem neuen B\u00fcrokomplex gewinnen.<\/p>\n

Mit einer Bruttogeschossfl\u00e4che von 2.500 qm, bietet das Geb\u00e4ude auf drei Stockwerken ausreichend Platz f\u00fcr die geplanten B\u00fcros, Seminarr\u00e4ume sowie auch f\u00fcr eine Cafeteria und eine gro\u00dfz\u00fcgige Dachterrasse. Auch im Inneren findet sich das Dreieck aus dem Grundriss wieder.
