At Infosim®, we follow the guiding principle of always providing high-quality products and services to our customers, who thus benefit from improved IT service delivery as well as higher revenues, lower costs and higher shareholder value.
Each of our teams has its own areas of responsibility, which in the end contribute to our overall goal: customer satisfaction.
Development
We in Development have the goal to continuously develop our software StableNet®. In cooperation with our customers, exciting projects in the Java environment are always underway. This includes the implementation of new and existing functions, commissioning and debugging at the customer’s site and the integration of new interfaces to external systems.
IT Infrastructure
Managed Services
Our new Managed Services team provides StableNet® related services to our international customers. This includes Software as a Service (SaaS), outtasking of StableNet operations and customer care for existing customers. There are interesting tasks like planning, implementing and operating customer solutions as well as consulting customers.
Marketing
Research
We in the Research Team do everything we can to experiment with new technologies in our research projects to ensure that everything from Infosim® remains state-of-the-art. Thanks to this high level of research, individual in-house start-ups have already been established. Daily tasks include managing existing and new research projects, communicating these in presentations at trade fairs or in publications, and supervising students in their project work and final theses.

Support is the first point of contact for our customers and partners when they have difficulties with StableNet®. Besides troubleshooting and problem management, other tasks are (automated) testing of software releases, gathering system requirements and implementing solutions.
